She studied Qi Gong with Chris Chen and offers classes tailored for women and all practitioners. Hari directs and teaches Kundalini classes and teacher trainings worldwide, with a notable legacy of bringing Kundalini Yoga to high schools and hospitals. From 1988 to 2004, she led the development of Kundalini Yoga wellness programs at Newton-Wellesley Hospital in the Greater Boston Area before relocating to NYC with her husband, Dave. In 2004, Hari founded the Illumined Woman courses to empower women of all ages, curating wisdom that brings healing, comfort, and transformation. She authored two influential books: ‘A Woman’s Book of Meditation: Discovering the Power of a Peaceful Mind’ and, as co-author with Machelle Seibel, MD, ‘A Woman’s Book of Yoga: Embracing Our Natural Life Cycles.’ Hari’s dedication has earned her numerous service awards for making Kundalini Yoga accessible worldwide, and she was the first woman teacher trainer to integrate these teachings universally. Hari Kaur Khalsa’s impact extends beyond her teachings; she was recognized as one of Yoga Journal’s Top Ten Influencers of Yoga in the West, a testament to her profound influence on the global yoga community.

Peter Blum, hypnotherapist and sound healer, has had a life-long love affair with music, and has been involved in the study and practice of sound-healing since the mid 70’s. Since 1999, he has released 6 CD’s in the Sounds for Healing series, mostly featuring the extraordinary sounds of the Himalayan Singing Bowls – either played solo, or in concert with other trance-inducing instruments. He is grateful to all his teachers and mentors in hypnosis: Richard A. Zarro, Dr. Paul Carter, Steve Goldstein and Annie Linden of the NY Training Institute; Dr. Ernest Rossi, and currently Dr. Lewis Mehl-Madrona (Peter currently serves on the Board of Directors of The Coyote Institute for Transformation and Change, founded by Dr. Mehl-Madrona). Music and sound healing teachers include Dr. Karl Berger, Ustad Jamaluddin Bhartiya, Pauline Oliveros, Fabian Mamman, Jill Purse, David Hykes, Professor Odserin, and Native American shaman Beautiful Painted Arrow (Joseph Rael).
Halo Reminiscence / Mama India brings the ancient art of Dhrupad to life in a pure, traditional performance that echoes the profound spiritual roots of India. Steeped in centuries of heritage, Dhrupad is not just music—it is a science of sound, resonating deep within the soul and awakening the energy centers of the body through powerful, meditative tones. Trained in this rare and sacred form by the Living Legend ‘Ustad Wasifudin Dagar Saheb’ from the esteemed Dagar Gharana, channels the ancient vibrations of the Gandharvas, blending sound and breath to create a deeply healing and transformative experience. This is a return to the purest essence of music, where every note is a step toward enlightenment. With roots in classical Indian music, she is a genre-defying performer bringing her vocal command of ancient forms seamlessly forward to redefine a wide-ranging variety of contemporary styles. She has performed on both coasts of the US and widely in India and many countries, as a solo performer and with Forbidden Lovers, her band featuring co-star Infinity, a poet, rapper and producer, together creating an electronic New World fusion.
