Sound Healing

An Immersive Sound Experience

Step into a space of deep listening, rest, and subtle transformation.
Sound healing offers a way to slow the mind, soften the body, and support the nervous system through vibration, tone, and resonance.

Using instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, tuning forks, and chimes, each session is designed to guide you into a state of relaxation where the body can recalibrate and restore.

What to Expect

Sessions may include a combination of:

• Gong bath
• Tibetan singing bowls
• Tuning forks
• Flow chimes and subtle percussion
• Guided meditation, gentle breath awareness, or optional Kundalini Yoga

You’ll be invited to lie down or sit comfortably, allowing the sound to wash over you. There is nothing to do—simply rest, receive, and notice what arises.

The Experience

Sound works on both a physical and energetic level, supporting:

• Deep relaxation and stress release
• Nervous system regulation
• Improved sleep and clarity
• Emotional release and integration
• A sense of grounding and inner stillness

Each session unfolds intuitively, responding to the energy of the space and those present.
