Guided by Jenn Drue, certified Sound Therapy Practitioner and Kundalini Yoga Teacher. Jenn completed her KRI Kundalini Teacher Training under Hari Kaur Khalsa and plays the gong, among other sacred sound instruments. She offers Kundalini yoga and gong bath classes, seasonal and lunar rituals, sauna and cold plunge wellness experiences, and curated retreats and private sessions in Woodstock and NYC.
