As part of the Woodstock Festival of Awakening opening night, join us on an immersive gong bath meditation to awaken Kundalini energy and align your energy centers through a transformative sound and light journey.
Sound bath and meditation guided by Jenn Drue, founder of Sound Mind Space and a certified Sound Therapy Practitioner and Kundalini Yoga Teacher. Jenn completed her KRI Kundalini Teacher Training under Hari Kaur Khalsa and plays the gong, among other sacred sound instruments. Through Sound Mind Space, she offers Kundalini yoga and gong bath classes, seasonal and lunar rituals, sauna and cold plunge wellness experiences, and curated retreats and private sessions in Woodstock and NYC.
