Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

Event Cancellation
If the event is canceled, you will receive a full refund of the ticket price. Refunds will be processed automatically to the original method of payment within 30 days of the event’s cancellation announcement. If the event is rescheduled, your ticket will be valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund within 14 days of the rescheduling announcement. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), refunds will be issued at our discretion.

Waiver of Liability
In consideration of the acceptance to participate in this event (referred to as “the Event”), I, the participant, acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that participation in the Event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, psychological or emotional discomfort, and spiritual or energetic experiences. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in the Event. I affirm that I am in good physical condition and have no medical or health conditions that would prevent me from safely participating in the Event. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a healthcare professional regarding any medical concerns or conditions prior to participating in the Event. I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own well-being and safety during the Event. I agree to listen to my body, modify poses or practices as needed, and communicate any discomfort or concerns to the instructor. I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Jennifer Drue, its instructors, employees, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, loss, or damage that may occur as a result of my participation in the Event. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jennifer Drue, its instructors, employees, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, including attorney’s fees, arising out of or related to my participation in the Event. I consent to the use of any photographs, videos, or recordings taken during the Event for promotional or educational purposes by Jennifer Drue. I have carefully read and fully understand the terms of this Liability Waiver. I acknowledge that I am purchasing this ticket voluntarily and of my own free will.

By purchasing a ticket to this Event, I indicate that I have read, understand and agree to all the terms and conditions outlined in this Liability Waiver.
