New Moon Quiet Gathering — Kundalini, Gong Bath + Sauna Flow

Join us for a quiet evening of meditation, sound, stillness, and heat as we gather under the energy of the new moon. This offering invites you to step out of conversation and into a more inward experience—creating space to reset the nervous system, soften the mind, and reconnect with yourself in a calm, supported environment.
We’ll begin with a gentle, inward-focused Kundalini practice to awaken the body and bring awareness within, followed by an extended gong bath for deep rest and integration.
From there, move into a quiet, self-guided sauna flow—cycling between heat, cold plunge, hot soak and rest. Silence (or minimal speaking) will be held throughout the evening to support presence, listening, and a deeper connection to the experience. You are welcome to simply be—no expectations, no sharing, no need to do anything beyond what feels right for you.
Evening Flow
- 6:00–6:30 PM — Gentle Kundalini Yoga & Meditation — A slow, grounding practice to settle the body and quiet the mind
- 6:30–7:15 PM — Extended Gong Bath — An immersive sound experience to support deep relaxation and integration
- 7:15–8:45 PM — Quiet Sauna Flow — Self-guided movement between wood-fired sauna, cedar cold plunge, cedar hot tub, and rest
Silence is held throughout this portion of the evening.
