New Moon Sound + Sauna Flow — Meditation, Healing Circle & Gong Bath

Woodstock Sanctuary — Octopia Sauna | Woodstock, NY

Gather under the energy of the new moon for an intimate evening weaving together meditation, a healing circle, immersive gong, and a restorative sauna flow. The new moon offers a natural moment to turn inward—to pause, listen, release, and create space for what wants to emerge.

Centered around collective energy and healing intention, the Kundalini-style healing circle offers space to both give and receive, with participants invited to receive in the center of the circle (optional). Gong and sound will support the experience, inviting deep relaxation, release, and integration.

From there, the evening opens into a relaxed, self-guided sauna flow. Move at your own pace between the wood-fired sauna, cedar cold plunge, hot soak, and rest—allowing space to integrate the practice, settle inward, and simply be with your own experience.
