New Moon Sound + Silent Sauna Flow — Kundalini Yoga & Gong Bath
November 12 @ 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Woodstock Sanctuary — Octopia Sauna | Woodstock, NY
A quiet evening of meditation, sound, stillness, and heat as we gather under the energy of the new moon. This offering invites you to step out of conversation and into a more inward experience—creating space to settle the nervous system, soften the mind, and reconnect with yourself in a calm, supported environment.
We’ll begin with gentle movement and breathwork to prepare the body for an inward-focused Kundalini meditation, followed by an extended gong bath for deep rest and integration.
From there, move into a silent, self-guided sauna flow—moving between heat, cold plunge, hot soak, and rest. Silence is encouraged throughout this portion of the evening to support presence, listening, and a deeper connection to the experience. You are welcome to simply be—no expectations, no pressure to share, and no need to do anything beyond what feels right for you.
