Rhythmic Sound Journeys weave grounded world percussion and mystical etheric soundscapes with elements of ceremony, meditation, aural, and energetic healing modalities. Attendee’s are invited into a space of vibrant inner stillness and cosmic expression. For this journey all are welcome and open to either sit in silent observance / meditation, to lie down, to dance, do asana or whatever moves you.

Jennifer will guide us into the percussive soundscape with rhythmic breathing and a gentle Kundalini movement meditation to relax the whole body and mind and deeply tune in.

Arjun Bruggeman, world percussionist, meditation teacher, drummer, composer and session recording artist, is highly acclaimed for his unique hybrid of East-meets-West rhythms. He brings over two decades of experience as a practitioner of Eastern and Western spiritual practices to his playing, along with 16 years’ touring as a tabla player with Krishna Das. He’s currently at work in the studio with John Densmore.
