Rhythmic Sound Journey with Arjun Bruggeman & Jennifer Drue
September 8, 2023 @ 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Rhythmic Sound Journeys weave grounded world percussion and mystical etheric soundscapes with elements of ceremony, meditation, aural, and energetic healing modalities. Attendee’s are invited into a space of vibrant inner stillness and cosmic expression. For this journey all are welcome and open to either sit in silent observance / meditation, to lie down, to dance, do asana or whatever moves you.
Jennifer will guide us into the percussive soundscape with rhythmic breathing and a gentle Kundalini movement meditation to relax the whole body and mind and deeply tune in.
