Elemental Kundalini: Summer Retreat with Hari & Jenn

July 25, 2025 @ 4:00 pm July 27, 2025 @ 1:30 pm

Yoga, Sound Healing & Nature in the Heart of Woodstock
A 2-night, all-inclusive weekend immersion — with cozy lodging and nourishing meals included!

Join Master Kundalini Teacher Hari Kaur, along with Jennifer Drue and Stefanie Frank, for a rare opportunity to experience Kundalini Yoga, sound medicine, elemental teachings, and connection with nature — a transformative retreat designed to restore and inspire.

In our nature nest, we explore the yogic vision of the subtle bodies and their dance with nature and the elements. This weekend retreat invites you to reconnect with yourself, others, and the world around you, fostering inner peace, compassion and joy.

Our practices include movement, breathing techniques, sound, chant and meditation—all designed to cultivate awareness, awakening and relaxation. Whether you are new to Kundalini or have an established practice, all levels are welcome to join this journey of healing and self-discovery.

As the summer season begins, we are reminded that the heart is the space of time and rhythm—the pulse of the present moment. Our hearts are singing their own summer song, and no matter the season or circumstances, the heart’s rhythm remains steady. In this sweet getaway, we’ll embrace the joy and calm that comes from an open heart.
