Hari directs and teaches Kundalini classes and teacher trainings worldwide, with a notable legacy of bringing Kundalini Yoga to high schools and hospitals. From 1988 to 2004, she led the development of Kundalini Yoga wellness programs at Newton-Wellesley Hospital in the Greater Boston Area before relocating to NYC with her husband, Dave. In 2004, Hari founded the Illumined Woman courses to empower women of all ages, curating wisdom that brings healing, comfort, and transformation. She authored two influential books: ‘A Woman’s Book of Meditation: Discovering the Power of a Peaceful Mind’ and, as co-author with Machelle Seibel, MD, ‘A Woman’s Book of Yoga: Embracing Our Natural Life Cycles.’ Hari’s dedication has earned her numerous service awards for making Kundalini Yoga accessible worldwide, and she was the first woman teacher trainer to integrate these teachings universally.
