Woodstock Awakening: Kundalini Cosmic Sound Bath & Light Immersion

As a part of the Woodstock Awakening Festival, please join us on a journey to awaken the Kundalini energy in an immersive sound bath meditation experience with the healing vibration of gongs and hand pan, synchronized with light projections.

Sound bath & meditation guided by Jennifer Drue, certified Sound Therapy Practitioner and Kundalini Yoga Teacher. Jennifer completed her KRI Kundalini Teachers Training with Hari Kaur, and is a Certified Sound Therapy Practitioner. She plays the gong, among other sacred sound instruments. She has taught in New York City and upstate New York, and curates transformative personal retreats, group experiences and private sessions.

Special guest Kundalini Yoga Teacher, Owen Powell, will lead us in with rhythmic breath work and gentle movements to prepare the energy centers for a transformative light & sound journey.
